Offshore CAD Drafting & Mechanical Design Services for US Companies

US manufacturers, machine builders and product teams use us as an overnight design office: send drawings and models at the end of your day, and review finished work when you start the next one. Drawings to ASME Y14.5, inch or metric, quoted in US dollars.

Why Teams In The USA Outsource To Us

Your Design Work Moves While You Sleep

India is 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of the continental United States, depending on your time zone and the season. For drafting and modeling, that gap is an advantage: a job emailed at 5 p.m. Eastern lands on our desks at the start of our working day, and the result is usually waiting for you the next morning.

We schedule calls at the start of your day — early morning Eastern, which is our late afternoon — so questions are answered before work continues. For overflow drafting, legacy drawing conversion or a one-off FEA check, this gives a US team extra capacity without adding headcount, software seats or office space.

  • Drawings to ASME Y14.5-2018 GD&T and ASME Y14.100 drawing practice
  • Inch or metric units, third-angle projection and ANSI sheet sizes by default
  • Fixed, itemized quotes in USD, paid by international wire transfer
  • NDA signed before files are shared — your IP stays yours
  • Native SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, Solid Edge, CATIA and AutoCAD files, plus STEP and PDF
  • Most drafting jobs turned around in 2–3 working days

Working Across Borders

Built For US Engineering Teams

Overnight turnaround

Send work at close of business and review it the next morning. Larger packages run on an agreed daily delivery rhythm so you always see progress.

ASME and your house standards

ASME Y14.5 GD&T, Y14.100 practice, third-angle projection and inch dimensioning — or your own title block, template and drafting manual.

IP protection and export control

NDA before files change hands. Export-controlled data (ITAR / EAR) must not be sent offshore without authorization, so we ask you to confirm your data is unrestricted before we start.

Transparent USD pricing

Each quote lists scope, deliverables, file formats, standard and delivery date, priced in US dollars — no open-ended hourly billing.

A named engineer

You work directly with the engineer on your job, so product knowledge builds up and briefs get shorter over time.

Native files, ready to use

Delivered in your CAD platform and version, plus STEP, IGES, DXF and PDF — ready for your PDM, shop or suppliers.

How An Engagement Runs

From First Email To Finished Files

  1. Send the requirement. Email [email protected] or use the quote form with drawings, sketches, models or photos, plus the standard, units and file format you need.
  2. NDA and fixed quote. We sign your NDA (or provide ours) and send an itemized USD quote, usually within one business day.
  3. Clarify before modeling. We list missing dimensions, tolerances, materials or ambiguities and resolve them with you on email or a scheduled call.
  4. Work and internal check. The job is modeled and detailed, then checked internally for drafting standards and manufacturability.
  5. Delivery and revisions. You receive native and neutral files; the quote states how many revision rounds are included.

FAQ

Questions From Clients In The USA

Do you follow ASME Y14.5 for GD&T?
Yes. By default we detail to ASME Y14.5-2018 with third-angle projection and inch units for US clients. If your company has its own drafting manual, title block or CAD template, we work to that instead.
How does the time difference work?
India is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of Pacific time. Work sent at the end of your day is processed during ours, so smaller jobs are typically back the next morning. Calls are scheduled at the start of your working day.
Can you work on ITAR or EAR controlled data?
No. Export-controlled technical data must not be shared with a foreign company without the appropriate US authorization. Before starting, we ask you to confirm that the data you send is not ITAR- or EAR-restricted.
Do you quote in US dollars?
Yes — fixed, itemized quotes in USD, invoiced and paid by international wire. We do not publish price lists because every package differs; send the requirement and you will get a firm figure, usually within one business day.
How is our intellectual property protected?
We sign an NDA before receiving any files. Ownership of deliverables is set out in writing in your engagement terms, and one client’s designs are never reused for another.
Can we start with a small trial job?
Yes, and we recommend it. One part or one drawing is the quickest way to judge our questions, quality and turnaround before you commit to a larger package.
