No call centre, no drawn-out sales process — the person who reads your enquiry is the person who scopes the work.
We read it properly
Your enquiry goes straight to an engineer, not a sales queue. If a drawing or sample photo helps explain the job, send it — it usually halves the number of questions we need to ask.
We ask what we need to
Usually a short exchange: what the model is for, which CAD platform it must open in, what standard the drawings follow, and when you need it. Nobody can price CAD work honestly without those answers.
You get an itemised quote
Scope, deliverables, file formats, revision rounds and timeline — written down. If something falls outside the quote we tell you before starting, not afterwards on an invoice.
We start, and you stay informed
You get direct access to the engineer on your project and regular progress updates, so you are never left wondering where a job has got to.
Before You Write
What To Include In Your Enquiry
The more of this you can tell us up front, the faster and more accurate the quote. None of it is essential — if all you have is a photo of a broken part, send that.
- What the part or machine is, and what it does
- What you need produced — models, drawings, simulation, a scan
- Which CAD platform and file version it has to open in
- Any drawings, sketches, photos or sample parts you already have
- Your deadline, and whether it is fixed or flexible
Confidentiality first
We sign an NDA before receiving drawings, models or product concepts. It is standard practice on every engagement, not something you have to ask for.
Typical turnaround
Simple drafting is often 2–3 working days. Full product design or simulation studies usually run 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and revision rounds. Every quote carries a specific date.
Working remotely is normal
Our offices are in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, but most CAD design work is delivered over email and cloud storage, so we take on clients across India and overseas. On-site visits are arranged where physical inspection or 3D scanning is needed.
