CAD Drafting & Mechanical Engineering Outsourcing for Dutch Manufacturers

Machine builders, OEMs and engineering bureaus in the Netherlands use us for 2D drafting, 3D modelling, FEA and reverse engineering when their own team is fully booked. Drawings to NEN-EN-ISO standards, documentation ready for CE marking, quotes in euros.

Why Teams In The Netherlands Outsource To Us

Extra Engineering Capacity For A Tight Market

Dutch machine builders and high-tech suppliers have more work than engineers to do it. Outsourcing well-defined design tasks — detail drawings, sheet metal unfolding, legacy drawing conversion, a strength calculation — frees your own constructeurs for the design decisions only they can make.

We start work at 9:00 IST, which is 05:30 CEST / 04:30 CET. That gives us a shared working window from your start of day until early afternoon for calls and mark-ups, and jobs sent in your afternoon are often finished by the next morning. We work in English, which most Dutch engineering teams use daily with international suppliers.

  • Drawings to ISO GPS (ISO 1101, ISO 8015, ISO 2768) and ISO 128, or your house standard
  • Metric units, first-angle projection and A-series sheets
  • Fixed, itemised quotes in EUR, paid by international bank transfer
  • NDA signed before files are shared; GDPR-aware handling of any personal data
  • Native SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge, Creo, CATIA and AutoCAD files, plus STEP and DXF
  • Most drafting jobs turned around in 2–3 working days

Working Across Borders

Built For Dutch And European Engineering Teams

Your morning, our afternoon

India is 3.5 hours ahead of CEST and 4.5 hours ahead of CET. We share your morning and early afternoon, and smaller jobs often turn around overnight.

CE-ready technical documentation

Drawings, BOMs, calculations and FEA reports structured for your technical file under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.

European drawing standards

ISO GPS tolerancing, ISO 2768 general tolerances, ISO 128 presentation and first-angle projection — or your own template and CAD standards.

GDPR and confidentiality

NDA before you share files. We need engineering data, not personal data, and handle anything personal in line with GDPR.

Fixed prices in euros

Each quote lists scope, deliverables, formats, standard and delivery date, in EUR — no open-ended hourly billing.

One engineer, continuity

A named engineer handles your work, so knowledge of your machines carries from one order to the next.

How An Engagement Runs

From First Email To Finished Files

  1. Send the requirement. Email [email protected] or use the quote form with drawings, models, sketches or photos, plus the standard and file format you need.
  2. NDA and fixed quote. We sign your NDA (or provide ours) and send an itemised quote in euros, usually within one business day.
  3. Clarify before modelling. We list missing dimensions, tolerances or materials and agree them with you before work starts.
  4. Work and internal check. The job is modelled and detailed, then checked internally for standards and manufacturability.
  5. Delivery and revisions. You receive native and neutral files; the quote states how many revision rounds are included.

FAQ

Questions From Clients In The Netherlands

Do you work to ISO GPS and European drawing standards?
Yes. We detail to ISO GPS (including ISO 1101 and ISO 8015), ISO 2768 general tolerances and ISO 128, in first-angle projection and metric units — or to your own drawing template and CAD standard.
Can you help with CE marking documentation?
We produce the engineering content of a technical file: GA and detail drawings, BOMs, design calculations and FEA reports. The risk assessment, conformity assessment and EU Declaration of Conformity remain the manufacturer’s responsibility, but we structure our output so it slots straight in.
What changes with the new EU Machinery Regulation?
Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces the Machinery Directive and applies from 20 January 2027. It allows digital instructions, adds requirements around control-system safety and cybersecurity, and clarifies when a substantial modification makes you the manufacturer. Our guide explains the design-side impact.
Do you quote in euros?
Yes. Every quote is a fixed, itemised price in EUR, paid by bank transfer. There is no published price list because every package differs — send the requirement and you will get a firm figure, usually within one business day.
Is working in English a problem?
Not in practice. Drawings use ISO symbols and notes that read the same everywhere, and our engineers correspond in English. If your drawings need Dutch notes or title-block text, tell us and we will use the text you supply.
Can we start with a small trial job?
Yes, and we recommend it. One part or one drawing is the quickest way to judge our questions, quality and turnaround before you commit to a larger package.
