Agricultural Primary Gearbox
Primary reduction gearbox for agricultural machinery — designed for shock loading, field conditions and serviceability with basic workshop tools.
Industry
Primary and secondary agricultural gearboxes, implement drives and attachment frames designed for shock loads, dust, moisture and minimal maintenance — with sealing, lubrication and housing details chosen for the field, not the test bench. Two agricultural gearbox projects are in our portfolio.
What This Sector Needs
Agricultural drives see what a factory gearbox never does: shock loads from blockages, dust and water ingress, long idle periods and operators who will not read a maintenance schedule. We design agricultural gearboxes and implement drives with those realities in the calculation — service factors for shock, seal and breather selection for dust and washdown, lubrication that survives seasonal idling and housings that carry implement loads to the mounting.
Our agricultural primary and secondary gearbox projects were designed as complete units with gear rating, shafts, bearings, seals and housings, delivered as parametric SolidWorks assemblies with sectional GAs and manufacturing drawings.
Delivered Work
Real projects from our portfolio. Client names are withheld under NDA; the engineering is ours.
Primary reduction gearbox for agricultural machinery — designed for shock loading, field conditions and serviceability with basic workshop tools.
Secondary reduction gearbox matched to an existing agricultural primary drive — designed to bolt onto the established mounting interface.
A two-tonne custom gear and matching pinion for a crushing mill — heavy-section design for continuous high-torque duty in an abrasive environment.

Typical Deliverables
Send the brief, the drawing or the part. An engineer who has done this kind of work will scope it and quote it — usually within one business day, under NDA if you prefer.
