Answers to common questions about working with Sarjan Solution — turnaround time, software compatibility, confidentiality, pricing, and file delivery.

1. Which CAD software do you work with?

We work across SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, Creo, Inventor, and NX. If your team standardises on a specific platform or file version, tell us up front and we’ll deliver in that format.

2. How do you price a project?

Pricing depends on project scope — part complexity, drawing count, or hours for simulation/design work. We quote after a short scoping call or after reviewing your reference files/sketches. There’s no fixed package price because CAD work varies too much project to project — but every quote is itemised so you know what you’re paying for.

3. What’s your typical turnaround time?

Simple drafting jobs are often turned around in 2–3 working days; full product design or simulation studies typically take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and revision rounds. We give a specific timeline with every quote.

4. Do you sign an NDA before reviewing our design?

Yes. We routinely sign client NDAs before receiving drawings, models, or product concepts — confidentiality is standard practice for engineering design work, not an exception.

5. What do you deliver, and in what file formats?

You get native CAD files (e.g., .sldprt/.sldasm, .dwg, .step) plus PDF drawings, and for simulation work, a written report with results and recommendations. We can also deliver in a neutral format (STEP/IGES) if you need to open files outside the original software.

6. Do you only work with companies in Gujarat?

Our offices are in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, but most of our design and drafting work is delivered remotely — CAD files, drawings, and reports travel over email/cloud storage, so we take on clients across India. On-site visits are arranged for projects where physical inspection or scanning is needed.

7. Can you take on a small, one-off drafting job — not just full projects?

Yes. Plenty of our work is a single drawing conversion, one assembly model, or a one-time simulation check — it doesn’t need to be a long-term engagement.

8. Do you offer CAD training for individuals, not just companies?

Yes — we run both company/team training and individual student batches, on-site and online.

9. What happens if I need revisions after delivery?

Every quote includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional changes outside that scope are quoted separately, but we’ll always tell you before starting extra work — no surprise billing.
